If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

3. Ship the product back to us using a secure method.

4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Note: Returns must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as delivered. Firearms must comply with all legal transfer requirements — see Section 4 below.

2. Product Guarantee

All products sold by Wild West Gun Range come with a guarantee of quality and authenticity:

• New firearms and accessories are covered against defects in materials or workmanship.

• Used firearms are inspected and graded before sale; if any undisclosed defects are found, we will resolve the issue promptly.

• Ammunition and accessories are guaranteed to match the product description and function as intended.

3. Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors.

4. Firearms Returns & Transfers

Due to legal regulations, firearms cannot always be returned directly to Wild West Gun Range. Returns or exchanges may require:

• Transfer through a licensed firearms dealer (FFL) in your jurisdiction.

• Compliance with local, state, and federal laws.

• Verification of buyer eligibility and background checks, if applicable.

5. Non-Returnable Items
